|  | LASIK Enhancement CommitmentLaser vision correction produces long lasting vision improvements in most patients. Each person's eyes may heal or respond differently to the laser. This produces variability of results. This difference is usually found within the first few months after surgery. A shift in vision can also occur because of natural changes in the eyes over time. These changes in vision are treatable with more surgery in most cases but not in all. ICON LASIK & Skin Clinic strives to provide you with the best and safest long term results possible. Enhancements will be performed at no charge for up to one year from you original surgery date. This table below shows the fee schedule for enhancements.Months after Surgery Cost of enhancement
Zero (0) to Twelve (12) months No charge 12+ mos. to Thirty-six (36) months One half the original per eye fee 36+ months or greater 75% of original per eye fee Corrected preventive care is essential to achieving long term success with laser vision correction. Changes in your eye and general health may affect your ability to have an enhancement. Therefore we require that you be seen in our clinics on a yearly basis in order to keep the enhancement commitment in place. At the end of you first year after surgery a complete eye heath evaluation is required. There is a fee for this service and subsequent visits. Your ICON LASIK & Skin Clinic Doctor will determine if enhancement surgery is possible. The enhancement commitment does not include eyeglasses, contact lenses, or surgical techniques other than LASIK or PRK. | | | |||||
